How’s it going? Mondays can feel like a drag, but we don’t have to let them pull us down! Let this be a reminder that there are many great things in life! I have a test and a paper due this week, but I’m going to stay positive.
“Life is as good as your mindset” is a quote that rings true no matter the situation! If you think your situation is bad, it’ll seem bad. Staying positive is hard, but a little mindset can go a long way! This week, I resolve to be positive. How will I do that?
1. Start a gratitude journal.
I’m so excited about this! I just DIYed one yesterday (can’t wait to share it with y’all), and I’m going to start tomorrow writing down what I’m grateful for each day. This will be really interesting, and hopefully it will have me looking for things to be grateful for throughout the day.
2. Eat more fruits and veggies.
I always feel better when I eat better, so this week I’m going to actively try to get 3 servings of fruits and veggies a day. Honestly, this will be tough on campus. But hey! If I have the mindset that it’s tough, it’ll be tough. Instead, I’ll say I know it will be worth it!
3. Share positive words.
Positive! Positive! Positive! I’ll share thank yous and compliments as often as I can. If you share positivity, you’ll definitely start to feel it. Maybe some good karma will come my way if I put it out!
